1)      How to rent?
E-mail us at or PM us through our FB fan page your date and preferred collection. We will check the availability of the trays/collection and give other suggestion if the trays/collection requested is not available.

50% deposit required for booking, the deposit will only refunded once you return and we check the items.

The full payment will be collected in cash on the pickup date.

2)      Do you offer rental décor items?
Yes, we offer a wide variety of rental décor items including tepak sireh, ring holder, cheque holder, and many more. We are always adding to our rental inventory so if we don’t have it, we will certainly try our best to locate it for you.

3)      How far in advance should I book the décor and trays for my event?
We generally advise our clients to book their trays and décor as soon as possible to ensure the availability of the items for the specific date.

4)      Is there a minimum order that needs to be placed?
Yes, the minimum order amount is 5 for our trays collection, but no minimum order for decorations. Clients can rent any individual item from our décor rental collection – tepak sireh, ring holder, cheque holder etc.

5)      What rental period do you offer?
You can rent items for 6 days.

6)      Can I extend my rental period?
You can request an extension to keep a rental item beyond its due date *if there is no other customer in queue. If your extension request permitted, you’ll be charged for any additional days you request for the extension at RM1 per tray per day.

7)      Are there any late fees?
You’ll be charged late fees of RM50 if you don’t send the rental item back to us on or before the end of rental period. You can avoid being charged additional fees for the rental item by adding an extension to your rental period before the rental due date (if no other customer in queue). If there is a customer in queue and you fail to return the items on time you will be charge.

8)      I already extend my rental period, but I return the item earlier, will I get any refund?
No, when our customer confirmed with us to extend the date, we will block the date and we don’t accept any booking/order for that particular date.

9)      When can I pick up my stuff?
Our rental periods are 6 days. The items will be available to pick up one day prior to your booking date (please check with us the availability) and must be returned in the end of rental period.

10)   Where can I collect my stuff?
The pickup point is in Section 8 Shah Alam.
11)   Do you deliver?
Yes, we do delivery in Klang Valley area but it is subjected to our availability.
Delivery price is determined by distance.

12)   Can I get a discount if a rental item has significant wear and tear?
We will ensure that we provide rental items without damage, stains, or missing crystal. The amount of wear and tear will vary from rental item to rental item. We don’t offer any discounts on used rental items that appear more worn.

13)   What happens if my rental item is damaged or loss during my rental period?
You’re responsible for returning the rental item at the end of your rental period. If you are not able to do so, you’ll be charged the buyout price of the rental item. If the rental item is damage, but still can be use, we will charge you accordingly.

14)   What happens to my security deposit after my rentals are picked up?
Once we’ve collected your rental product we will check if they are in the same conditions as when rented. If everything is okay, we will refund your deposit in full.
